The Michigan PGA is celebrating the 31st Anniversary of the Michigan PGA Women’s Open Tournament . This year will mark 22 years the premier event has been held on Mountain Ridge at Crystal Mountain. But the fun begins Saturday, June 22 with the popular and always entertaining Michigan PGA Women’s Open Pro-Am. Grab your friends, family or co-workers for a friendly competition on the Mountain Ridge championship course and support women’s golf. Registration includes a tee gift bag, breakfast, lunch and tickets to the Pro-Am Reception and Awards.
Each foursome will be assigned a professional golfer from the Michigan PGA Women’s Open. Prizes will be awarded for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for the two divisions: women’s only and mixed/men’s.
NEW for 2024: There will be a playing professionals exhibition at the Golf Learning Center prior to the Pro-Am competition. All Pro-Am participants are welcome to attend as part of their entry into the event. More details coming soon!
The Michigan PGA is celebrating the 31st Anniversary of the Michigan Women’s Open. This year will mark 22 years the premier event has been held on Mountain Ridge at Crystal Mountain. The 3-round tournament begins Monday, June 24 and wraps up with the championship round and award ceremony on Wednesday, June 26. The event is free for spectators!
This 54-hole, stroke play event is open to past, present and aspiring professional female golfers. The starting field will consist of a maximum of 144 contestants, competing for a $40,000 purse. If there are more than 78 players teeing off in round one, the field will be cut to low 70 and ties after 36 holes. There will be no cut if there are 78 players or less in round one.
Registration for the event is open on the MI PGA website . The entry fee is $265 and the deadline to sign-up is June 12, 2024 at 5pm. Host Housing is available to players only, and there is also a 15% discount for players interested in Crystal Mountain accommodations.

The Michigan Legacy Art Park Golf Classic is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a day of golf at Crystal Mountain while supporting the park. The funds raised at this event benefit hundreds of area students through our education programs.

The MLAP Golf Classic takes place on Crystal Mountain’s beautiful Mountain Ridge Course.
Set amidst the soaring pines of northern Michigan, the 4-star rated Mountain Ridge course offers 18 holes of championship golf.
